Eva K. Blumenstein manages the Water Resources and Planning Division of the County of Maui Department of Water Supply. She oversees the department’s conservation program, source protection program, watershed protection program, resource monitoring and master planning. Eva led the development of the department’s first strategic plan, the wellhead protection program and the Maui Island water use and development plan. She currently chairs the Maui Drought Committee. Eva earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa and holds a Master of Law from the University of Stockholm in her native Sweden.
