Christi Keller is a Senior Planner in the Land Use Permits Division of the Department of Planning and Permitting at the City and County of Honolulu, specializing in Special Management Area and shoreline setback regulations and permitting, as well as review of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements. Ms. Keller assisted in drafting updates to the City and County’s Special Management Area Ordinance, Shoreline Setbacks Ordinance, and their associated Administrative Rules, and regularly participates in State-wide Coastal Zone Managers meetings. Before joining the DPP in 2019, Ms. Keller spent over 20 years preparing, managing, and reviewing environmental disclosure documents for consistency with the California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act.
