Barry Usagawa is the Program Administrator
for the Water Resources Division of the Honolulu
Board of Water Supply has led the development
of Oʻahu’s regional Watershed Management
Plans for resource protection and water use
and development, and is a member of the One
Water Panel working to champion cost-effective
and climate-resilient infrastructure services
and natural systems for the people, culture,
and sustainability of O'ahu. Barry has worked
for nearly 40 years at Honolulu Board of Water
Supply in water systems analysis, environmental,
capital planning, water resource management,
conservation, reuse, water rights and land use
planning. He is a licensed professional engineer
in Hawaiʻi and a BS in Civil Engineering from the
University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa.
