Jared Chang is the Planning Manager at Bowers and Kubota Consulting and has 20 years of experience in environmental and land use planning across Hawai‘i. He leads statewide projects involving NEPA and HRS Chapter 343 compliance, discretionary permitting, longrange policy planning, and public engagement. Jared is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a graduate of ACEC’s Senior Executives Institute.
