Brad T. Saito is Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City and County of Honolulu in the Real Estate and Land Use Section. He advises the Department of Planning and Permitting and represents the City in land use litigation, contested case hearings, and code-enforcement matters involving development rights, discretionary permits, environmental compliance, and zoning enforcement. He has served as counsel at oral argument before the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court and appears before the State`Land Use Commission. Brad earned his J.D. from the University of Hawaiʻi’s William S. Richardson School of Law, is admitted in Hawaiʻi (2007).
