Kitty Courtney is a Marine Environmental Scientist with Tetra Tech Inc. where she has managed and served as technical lead for multiple international and Hawaiʻi State and county projects on climate adaptation and coastal management including the Adapt Waikīkī 2050 Area Adaptation Plan since 1990. Kitty holds a PhD in Oceanography from the University of Hawaiʻi and MA from Biology from San Jose State University
