Dre Kalili has served as HDOT Deputy Director of Transportation for Harbors since 2022, overseeing the state’s commercial ports. Key port priorities include building for resilience, securing federal funding for infrastructure upgrades, and completing capital improvement projects and land acquisitions to boost capacity and reduce congestion.
