Dr. Keith Matsumoto is the programs director for the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research. At PICHTR, Dr. Matsumoto developed and ran various technology programs with the Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Army, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and U.S. Navy – Office of Naval Research, in addition to Japanese government supported programs. Dr. Matsumoto is passionate about building a sustainable technology community in Hawaiʻi and ensuring that Hawaiʻi and the Pacific Region are environmentally sustainable. He was previously a member of the State Procurement Board, and life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and National Contract Management Association.
