Steven Dale is GIS Manager and Systems Resource Manager for the Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation – Harbors Division. Steven has led digital transformation efforts that bridge technical complexity with real-world decisionmaking. This includes developing immersive 3D sea level rise models, integrating drone-based LiDAR and photogrammetry into planning workflows, and implementing enterprise systems like ArcGIS Online, Cityworks, and eBuilder. More recently, he has been integrating AI-assisted tools to extract insights from legacy documents and streamline infrastructure planning across teams.
