Scott Glenn serves as the Senior Advisor for Federal Affairs, Climate, and Housing to Hawai‘i Governor Josh Green, M.D., where he leads cross-agency housing strategy, supervises the Governor’s Housing Team, and represents the state in high-level federal and intergovernmental forums. He previously served in multiple cabinet level roles, including Director of the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development, Chief Energy Officer of the Hawai‘i State Energy Office, and Director of the Office of Environmental Quality Control. Scott holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and a BA in Classical Archaeology and Philosophy from the University of Evansville. He is a certified planner (AICP).
