Lauren Armstrong has been a planner with Brown and Caldwell since 2022. Lauren’s experience includes project management, master planning, public engagement, water resource planning and stormwater management. As a planner, Lauren helps facilitate the development of engineering solutions within the context of broader community goals. Prior to Brown and Caldwell, Lauren served as the Executive Director of Maui Metropolitan Planning Organization. Lauren holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She and her family operate a lychee farm on the Hāmākua coast of Hawai‘i island.
