Liz Krueger is the Chief Planner of the Land Use Permits Division in the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting. She has been involved in many policy initiatives and regulatory updates for Oʻahu’s Transit Oriented Development Special District, zoning code, coastal zone regulations, and affordable housing program. As an urban planner with the City and County since 2008, Liz has broad knowledge of the current and historic development regulations, land use permits, and development patterns on the island.
