Adam has more than 25 years of experience in Fire Protection Engineering and Building Code Consulting. His work includes fire protection system design, code compliance reviews, alternate solution development, and integrated systems testing. He also provides expert support on legal matters and regularly leads technical training sessions and seminars to building officials, industry professionals, and property owners. As a longstanding member of Underwriters Laboratories of Canada, Adam serves on several national technical committees, including ULC 500F1, ULC 500F6, and the CAN/ULC-S1001 working group for Integrated Systems Testing. His contributions support the ongoing development and interpretation of standards related to fire alarm systems and life safety equipment in Canada. Adam continues to practice nationally with Troy Life & Fire Safety, supporting projects across Canada.
