Since joining Local London in February 2025, Forogh has led the rollout of the Government’s flagship Trailblazer and Connect to Work programmes and is leading the refresh of an ambitious vision for sustainable and inclusive growth that benefits all residents and businesses across the sub-region. Previously Head of Strategy for employment and skills at the GLA, and most recently Director of Growth at the Hertfordshire Growth Board, Forogh has a wealth of experience in local government and has led a number of regional economic, growth and inward investment strategies and multimillion-pound programmes.
