José Magalhães is the Pro-Dean of Research and Knowledge Exchange at the University of Roehampton, working collaboratively with researchers, communities and other stakeholders to support the development of research which can benefit society. Since January 2024, he has led the I-CAN pilot, a new approach to support care experienced young adults to progress into employment or higher education with a focus on the healthcare sector.
