Derek Ramthun is on the Industry Relations team at Explore Minnesota, serving the state's Northeast region. With the agency since 2016, Derek also plans and manages Explore Minnesota’s Co-op Program. He aims to increase tourism in Minnesota by fostering industry participation in Explore Minnesota programs. When out of the office, you can find Derek at one of Minnesota's 11,842 lakes or on a hike chasing waterfalls with his family.
