An educator of 36 years, Meg Fredrick is passionate about improving the lives of teachers, students, and members of the community through mindfulness and positivity. In 2014, Fredrick won Teacher of the Year at Cheyenne Mountain High School. With a Master's in Teaching with an emphasis on positive psychology and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Certificate from the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute, Fredrick believes strongly that our happiness is a moral obligation, and through the practice of gratitude and positive psychology interventions, we can thrive and flourish in our lives, creating change in our communities.
