Erin Wahler-Cleveland brings 19 years of experience in teaching and school leadership, beginning her career on the Zuni reservation in New Mexico before helping to found Atlas Preparatory School in Colorado Springs. As a middle school math teacher and instructional leader, she transitioned from a traditional model to a student-driven, equity-centered, problem-based approach while also leading curriculum development and intervention strategies. A 2023 Colorado finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching, she is in the final stages of completing her MA in Teaching Mathematics at Mount Holyoke College. Erin now supports educators and parents in improving math instruction through her consulting business, Roots and Wings Math, which she founded in 2024.
