Dr. Dedrick Sims is the CEO of the Sims-Fayola Foundation, which improves life outcomes for young men of color through direct programming and systemic change. A published author and dedicated educator, Dedrick builds others' capacity to serve students with excellence. His community involvement includes serving on Colorado’s Workforce Development Commission, the Governor's Juvenile Justice Council, and more. Recognized by Black Enterprise and other publications, Dedrick's work and story have been widely highlighted. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi. Dedrick enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, and karaoke in his free time.
