Dr. Carrillo-Stresow has been a professor of business management for 15 years including human resources management. She has served as an HR professional and professional development trainer for corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational institutions for 500+ managers and 3,000+ employees. She currently serves as a Sr. Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at CSU Pueblo. She has worked with diverse populations her entire career and has assisted organizations with meaningful transformational change to foster positive organizational culture. She is an educator who has worked in K-20 settings including Colorado Department of Education as a Senior Consultant.
