Beth Donahue is the Family Engagement Specialist for the Colorado Department of Education Exceptional Student Services Unit. She supports family-school partnership activities to improve meaningful parent participation in the special education process including coordinating the Parents Encouraging Parents (PEP) conference and serving as a liaison to the Colorado Special Education Advisory Committee (CSEAC). Previously, Beth was an instructional coach and special education teacher in Colorado and Kansas with over 17 years of experience in the field of public education. She is also a member of the State Advisory Council for Parent Involvement in Education (SACPIE).
