3P: Breakout Sessions - Better Together: Taking Collective Steps for Community Transformation

Dr. Moses works for Better Together in collaboration with the School of Social Work at Stephen F. Austin State University. The project's goal is to improve mental health and well-being of all residents in Nacogdoches County through collaboration with local agencies, non-profits, and community members. Dr. Moses completed her undergraduate degree in child development and family living and her master's degree in early childhood education at SFASU. She then completed her doctoral degree in higher educational leadership at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. She is a certified human growth and development teacher as well as an early childhood specialist with an EC-4 generalist teacher certification. She has spent the majority of her career in a variety of positions in service of children and families in the East Texas area.
