We practice Malama Honua which means to care for our Island Earth through sustainable farming methods on our farms on the Big Island of Hawai’i and Moloka’i. Our Coffee Farm is located on the Island of Moloka’i where we produce Estate coffees under our Coffees of Hawai’i brand. We grow, harvest, mill and roast our specialty premium coffees controlling every element from seed to cup.
