Concetta started at People Inc. as a volunteer in 1986 and has held various roles throughout the agency ever since. She oversees several program areas, including services for seniors, development and operations of affordable apartments, community-based programs, community habilitation, in-home respite, environmental modifications and adaptive technology, self-directed services, Family Support Services and admissions. Concetta also provides leadership for affiliated organization, Headway of WNY. Concetta earned a master’s degree in professional leadership from St. Bonaventure University and a bachelor’s degree in social work/exceptional education from SUNY Buffalo State University.
