Stephanie Fowler Benson is transitioning from Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Edgemere Development, Inc, located in Rochester NY. During her years at the Syracuse and Fairfax County (VA) housing authorities, Roanoke Planning & Community Development (Roanoke Neighborhood Partnership Director), and Rochester YWCA, Stephanie perfected her role as housing innovator, funder, and implementer. At Edgemere, she works directly with clients to define project concepts, secure funding, manage construction and transition to operations. Over the past 25 years, Edgemere Development has secured over 1.4 billion dollars in financing, completing 4,855 units contained in 64 community projects.
