Jennifer has been an educator and instructional leader in the public school system in Florida for over 26 years. She began her career in Polk and Osceola Counties teaching grades 3-5 and 3rd grade reading intervention. She has also served Osceola County as a Learning Resource Specialist and School Administrator for over 12 years. Jennifer has worked as an administrator and as a turnaround consultant helping low performing schools across Florida in the areas of teaching and learning to improve their overall performance and status. Jennifer is an accomplished professional development facilitator, coach, and content developer. She received her master’s degrees from University of Central Florida in Math and Science and University of South Florida in Educational Leadership. She is currently a Territory Manager for Learning Without Tears.
