John H Spencer III, is a licensed Paramedic and EMS Instructor Coordinator in Michigan with 30 years of experience in EMS, including leadership and education. He has served in many leadership positions, including Field Training Officer, Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Education Coordinator. John has instructed numerous initial and continuing education courses for the EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, and Instructor Coordinator levels. He is an alumnus of Grand Canyon University. He earned a Bachelor of Health Science in Professional Development and Advanced Patient Care, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Leadership. He is pursuing a PhD in Psychology: Cognition and Instruction, further expanding his knowledge and skills. John is the Chief Operations Officer of Platinum Educational Group, is passionate about servant leadership, and believes that serving others is vital to advancing professionalism in education, healthcare, and business.
