Amanda Kinney is the EMS Education and Competency Exam Manager for the State of Michigan. Prior to that, she served as the Initial Education Coordinator for the State and as a Regional Coordinator for nearly 8 years. Amanda has experience as an EMS Education Program Director and played a lead role in the development of the EMT and Paramedic Programs at Bay College in Escanaba, MI. Initially, Amanda began her EMS career as a volunteer for the community she lived in.
