Matthew Kidd is an EMS educator and program leader with experience in secondary and post-secondary education and in public safety training. He serves as the Clinical and Instructional Coordinator at West Shore Community College and as the EMS Education Program Director for Mecosta County EMS. Matthew is passionate about improving learner and educator outcomes through evidence-informed instruction and sharing practical, high-impact strategies that educators can apply immediately to improve retention, performance, and competency.
