Ideation is a vital process for any industry. In this presentation, I will present recent advances in ideation and creation of novel manufacturing processes for commercialization. I will also present some of the activities of Materials Manufacturing Research Center (MMRC) for development of new ideas. The presentation will be divided into two parts. In the first, I will present novel recycling methods for valorizing ceramics manufacturing processes. In the second part, I will present research and development on the usage of locally crops as feedstocks for commercialization purposes. These materials can be used for energy, purification, and other related applications.
