Chasessica is currently the Communications Supervisor for Evangeline Parish 911. She has been in law enforcement for over 16 years. She has a degree in communications and psychology. She is an active member in both APCO & NENA. She is an instructor in PST, Law Enforcement Communications, Psychological First Aid, to name a few. She started out as a police dispatcher while attending college & worked her way to running her own communications center. Her duties as supervisor include hiring, schedule making, quality assurance, training, equipment maintenance, as well as many other duties. She has taught many classes ranging from PST to the importance of emergency telecommunicators.
