Daniel “Scooter” Orr is the founder and President of Titan Safety Consulting Services, where he partners with companies across general industry and the oil and gas sector to strengthen safety culture, enhance worker protection, and achieve regulatory excellence. He also serves as a Commissioner for the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs, advocating for more than 200,000 veterans statewide. Daniel leverages his combined background in safety leadership, public service, and operational strategy to support organizations and communities across Oklahoma. He holds a B.S. in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. Before launching Titan Safety, Daniel spent nearly two decades in the oil and gas industry, building hands-on expertise in field safety, operations, and workforce leadership. His career began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served in combat roles in Iraq and Afghanistan—experiences that shaped his commitment to accountability, resilience, and protecting those he serves.
