Mike Gole is the Director of Occupational Safety & Health for Manhattan Construction Group, where he leads and facilitates the Occupational Safety & Health culture and safety management systems for five self-performing companies: Manhattan Road & Bridge, Manhattan Pipeline, Cantera Concrete Company, Spectrum, and SafeZone. He brings 15 years of professional safety experience to this role, grounded in strong leadership principles and a commitment to creating safer, more effective workplaces. Before joining Manhattan Construction Group, Mike built his safety career with Flint Energy Services and later with AECOM through corporate mergers. His roles as Safety Training Manager and Safety Advisor provided him with the knowledge, skills, and abilities that shaped his expertise and prepared him for executive safety leadership. Mike is also a proud Air Force veteran, having served faithfully and honorably for 26 years. The mentorship and opportunities he experienced during his military career instilled in him the foundational leadership skills that continue to influence his work today.
