With more than 25 years of leadership and safety expertise, Ron Veit currently serves as Director of Safety Sales for DXP Enterprises, Inc., supporting clients with practical, solutions-driven guidance for complex safety challenges. Ron also leads IHS Consulting Services, LLC, where he provides strategic HSE planning, risk management, industrial hygiene assessments, and specialized training across industries including energy, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and food production. Previously, Ron served as Director of Safety Services for DXP’s South Central Region, where he built and expanded a successful regional safety services model. His earlier roles include leadership positions with IHS Consulting Services, Oilind Safety, and Dairy Farmers of America, as well as eight years of safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental consulting with Liberty OHM, Inc. Throughout his career, Ron has been recognized for his entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, and commitment to helping organizations strengthen safety performance and operational excellence.
