Jon began working with INSURICA, after managing a local insurance agency with his wife for ten years. He prides himself on his commitment to being a trusted advisor to his clients while helping them regulate their insurance and risk management programs. Jon believes in a comprehensive strategy to managing risk by helping his clients implement safety and risk management programs in addition to placing their insurance policies. His process begins with a risk assessment that measures safety compliance in a variety of different categories. From there, he works to develop custom-tailored solutions involving insurance, safety training, loss control, and promotion of safety culture. He is passionate about helping his clients improve their risk profiles and lowering their total cost of risk. Jon is currently the Ministry Practice Leader for Insurica.
