Leslie holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Texas Tech University, and Masters and Bachelor’s degrees from Oklahoma State University. She has been a professional member of the American Society of Safety Professionals for over 30 years, serving in numerous chapter and regional leadership roles. She is a past-president of the ASSE Oklahoma City Chapter and currently as OSU-student section faculty advisor. She is a past-president and board director for the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
