As the Director of OSHA Consultation Services for the State of Oklahoma, Jason Hudson leads a team of highly experienced safety and health professionals dedicated to helping Oklahoma businesses succeed safely. We provide free, confidential consultation services to any private-sector company operating in Oklahoma. Our team works alongside employers to identify hazards, strengthen safety programs, and make meaningful improvements—without citations or penalties. While actively participating in the consultation program, eligible employers may also be exempt from federal OSHA inspections. Companies that demonstrate excellence in safety and health may qualify for the SHARP (Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program), which can provide a one- or two-year exemption from federal OSHA inspections.
