Dr. Belinkie is a Clinical Psychologist at Montefiore Medical Center and the Senior Director of Montefiore’s Substance Abuse Treatment Programs, which include several Opioid Treatment Programs and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Programs throughout the Bronx. She is also an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she has founded both an addiction-focused clinical psychology pre-doctoral externship training program and an addiction psychology postdoctoral training program.
