Linda Kalin is the Executive Director of the Iowa Poison Control Center. She has over 4 decades of experience in poison center activities and management. She began her career as an emergency room nurse and in 1989 became Iowa’s first Certified Specialist in Poison Information. She has served on many local, regional, and national boards and committees including several years on America’s Poison Centers Board of Directors, most recently serving as Treasurer. Linda is currently serving as Chair of APC’s PC Accreditation Standards Taskforce (PAST).
