Mike Gole | Biography I am a United States Air Force Veteran who served faithfully and honorably for 26 years and am now a Safety Professional with 9+ years under my belt. The opportunities and mentors that I had while in the USAF provided me with foundational principles in many areas, the most impactful being effective and influential leadership skills. I began my safety career with Flint Energy Services and then, through mergers, with AECOM. The experiences as a Safety Training Manager and Safety Advisor gave me the KSAs that have led to my current role as the Director of Occupational Safety & Health with Manhattan Construction Group. In this role I lead and facilitate the OSH cultures and safety management systems for the five self-performing companies within the group; Manhattan Road & Bridge, Manhattan Pipeline, Cantera Concrete Company, Spectrum & SafeZone.
