Ryan is the Health, Safety, and Environmental Systems and Facilities Manager at Dolese. Ryan has been with Dolese for 16 years. He started as a painter while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Central Oklahoma in 2014. After earning his degree, he started with the HSE Department at Dolese in 2015, working in various roles within the department before being promoted to Manager in 2018. He then received his CSP accreditation in 2019. Ryan has spent his career in safety focused on changing behaviors and improving the culture. He has done this by getting everyone in the organization involved in safety, and by discussing safety as a personal value.
