Amber started working at CompSource Mutual Insurance Co. in 2013, after gaining experience as a safety analyst in retail, warehouse, distribution, transportation, construction, and manufacturing. She currently is the Safety and Loss Prevention Manager, where she leads a team of field safety consultants. Throughout her career, she has been involved in various aspects of the insurance industry, from working with a multi-line carrier to helping manage corporate insurance policies. She successfully launched an internship program at CompSource and enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for insurance and risk management with the upcoming workforce. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her husband and two sons serving and volunteering.
