Lee Tyner, Ed.D, worked in the field of HR for over 10 years with a few additional years in management and sales. He has a doctorate from Oklahoma State University majoring in HRD (dissertation topic: The Sexual Harassment of HR Professionals), a Master of Management from Southern Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Oklahoma. Tyner's workplace experience includes corporate level and regionally based employment in both service and production based organizations. He has first-hand experience in HR Management including, recruitment and interviewing, performance and compensation analysis, benefit selection, training, safety, terminations, and compliance. Tyner also performs consulting for HR compliance, management training, and holds Senior Professional of HR (both SHRM-SCP and SPHR) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
