Rodney began his career as a Medical Technologist and worked his way into a Microbiology Manager roll and accumulated nearly 20 years of clinical experience before transitioning into the diagnostic industry. After various sales and marketing roles, he is currently a Molecular Solutions Manager for Diasorin where he supports both the Commercial Sales Organization as a Product Specialist but also provides customer direction and support of the Diasorin molecular solutions portfolio.
