Kathy has managed implementations and upgrades for multiple companies ranging from family O&O to publicly held corporations. Her focus is helping businesses leverage system knowledge for Mergers, Acquisitions, Carve Outs, Consolidations, Accounting/Financial Structure, Compliance and Best Practices. Prior to joining NSA, Kathy was Adjunct Professor for Cornell University – Industrial Labor Relations ILR.
