Minnesota's Growing Diversity and its Impact on Healthcare

Jane Graupman is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, earning her BA in Organizational Communications. Jane is the Executive Director of the International Institute of Minnesota, a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive services to New Americans. During her 29 years with the Institute, she has been instrumental in creating a nationally recognized Medical Careers Pathway, a top performing refugee resettlement department and anti-trafficking services that help New Americans maximize their talents and become fully contributing members to American society. Jane continues to be a tireless advocate for New Americans in our community, leading the Institute through participation in more than 100 community outreach events reaching more than 4,000 individuals in the last two years. Additionally during this time frame, Jane and other Institute staff have been interviewed for and featured in more than 70 articles for print and television news.
