Joan Reukauf is the executive vice president and chief operating officer of People’s Bank of Commerce headquartered in Medford, Oregon. She is also the current chair of the Oregon Bankers Association. Has built a 25-year banking career including retail sales, branch and regional management, operations, human resources, and information security management. Joan is a graduate of Boise State University and Pacific Coast Banking School, as well as the MBA program at Willamette University where she is now a contributing assistant professor.
