Ryan Dempster is president and chief executive officer of Willamette Valley Bank, a community bank headquartered in Salem, and its holding company, Oregon Bancorp, Inc. The bank has a strong focus on mortgage lending. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, and he previously held management positions in the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Corban University and Pacific Coast Banking School. He currently serves as secretary-treasurer of the Oregon Bankers Association.
