An industry expert with more than 20 years of successful experience in developing and growing businesses in the building products industry. Randy has a proven ability to foster Business to Business relationships with senior executives in Operations, Accounting, Finance, Manufacturing, and Building Products industry. Randy is a former Oregon Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering and competed in collegiate football. Randy has previously spent the majority of his career with JELD-WEN, where he served the company in several senior management roles throughout the globe. Randy spent his last 10 years with JELD-WEN as the Vice President of Research and Development, managing over $2B in product lines and achieving over 125 new product introductions. In 2018, Randy joined the Klamath County Economic Development Association to help bring economic development to Klamath County. Having acquired an extensive background in project management, product engineering, and manufacturing processes, Randy brings a wealth of experience to KCEDA, which strongly compliments the organization’s focus on catalyzing growth of traded sector businesses. Randy is driving initiatives within the KCEDA organization to leverage Klamath’s unique and unparalleled assets through recruitment of new businesses, retention and expansion of existing businesses, and developing entrepreneurship within Klamath County. Randy is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. His vision and ability to nurture relationships leads to long-term solutions and success.
