Shane and Whitney Kinne bring 20+ years' combined professional experience in agriculture, small business, and non-profit organization leadership. They support professional clients of all ages and stages through career and leadership transitions. Before founding the business in 2019, Whitney served 2,000 undergraduate students as the Assistant Director of Career Services for the University of Missouri's College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources. Shane also currently serves as the Executive Director of the Coalition to Protect the Missouri River and is a realtor focusing on internet land auctions in Missouri. Prior to that he spent nearly a decade leading public policy work on behalf of Missouri farmers in his role at the Missouri Corn Growers Association. Together they help organizations and individuals reach their full potential at work and home. They live in Whitney's childhood home outside of Clinton, Missouri with their two kids, and two bird dogs.
